The sense of compassion and care exuded by this young lady is impressive. She served readily, whether at 6 am or 7 pm. The kind care, without the rushed notion to care for the next patient, made the difference for me. She listens to the patient, which is an asset, yet she keeps her priorities at the forefront of her responsibilities. Most of all, she took care of me as a valuable human being and patient.
