Denah is raising the bar daily through her thorough and effective mentoring of both frontline team members and team members who are new to leadership. Denah invests her heart and soul into making sure our team and patients are safe and supported both physically and emotionally.

Denah is an amazing nurse leader and overall person! She is always out on the floor during her shift, supporting the staff and lending a helping hand to all in need. Whether it is talking to a patient that is a little overwhelmed, helping teach a new medication or helping the staff with a combative patient, she is always there.

Caring, calm under pressure, and always approachable whenever we need guidance or assistance. Being a new nurse, working on the floor was very daunting, but Denah always had a cool head, remained calm and collected, and guided us to be the best nurses we could be.
