She was knowledgeable and was able to provide the information in a consistent and effective manner, which we could understand. In moments of crisis, you want the best team and professional, but the charm that she brought and patient-focused qualities really made a difference. One of the standouts is that she never left her shift without saying goodbye, and even when she wasn’t the nurse assigned to his room, she remembered him and greeted us with a smile. He wasn’t a number for her. Any questions were always answered with a soothing tone. That makes a difference! I hope we could have more individuals in this world like her.
