Upon visiting the chronic care program, I was assigned to Lacy. This has been the single most important positive change to my health. Lacy demonstrated a warm and positive attitude. Clearly, she was concerned about my health and well-being as there were many, many challenges to address. She encouraged me not to give up and to take a new and different look at each of the health problems. She let me know these were not impossible hurdles to overcome and promised she would work with me to address each of them one by one, a big task.

Her willingness to sincerely help me, was a spark of bright light for a very dim and depressing situation. Over the course of a year, Lacy encouraged me with each visit. She refused to let me have a negative outlook and instead showed me there was light at the end of the tunnel. Slowly, I am returning to normal levels of health because of working with Lacy. She has analyzed and addressed every one of my health challenges. She has reviewed my file in great detail and worked with other members of my care team to develop a plan of action, which has improved my health.

So far, no more hospital stays and ER trips, which is great news for me. My family and I are eternally grateful for the time, commitment, and hard work she has put in to address and turn around my health situation. There are not enough positive words to describe her. She is truly an amazing, outstanding, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable healthcare professional and I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to improving my health.
