ICU Nurse Alyssa, A., is easy to love because she immediately became a part of our family and our inner circle. Alyssa has a calmness within her that I've never seen before.  She cared for my mother with kindness and understanding, while allowing my mother to keep her dignity, and that meant the world to me.
