Nancy was very kind and considerate. While prepping my arms for a blood draw and IV, she noticed bruises and tearing on my skin. When I told her how much difficulty other nurses had finding a good vein during my previous two visits, she was extremely careful. She took her time, found a good vein, and got it done with one stick. What really impressed us was when she told us to ask for her on future visits. She had us laughing and smiling before the procedure, and by the time I was discharged, she felt like a long-lost family member. If Nancy were my nurse every time I came to the hospital, I’d look forward to it.
