My mom is in the hospital with confusion; with the confusion, she has been angry as well. Tracie has provided my mom with the highest level of care. My mom was not easy on her, and Tracie was able to redirect her and calm her down. In addition, she coordinated the doctor visits to my mom's room so we were available. We have a great asset in Tracie.

Every nurse and their assistants deserve to be recognized for their outstanding efforts to give the best care possible to all of their patients. I was only here for a couple of days, being treated for cellulitis and lymphedema, and everyone went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. I was in an "overflow" room in the ICU, and I know those nurses are super busy caring for some critically ill patients. I felt bad taking up their time whenever I pushed the "call" button whenever I needed a nurse, but they reassured me that my needs were important too. Tracie was especially helpful.
