Throughout this journey, your positive energy and ever-present smile have been a beacon of hope. You always manage to lift our spirits with your infectious optimism, even on the toughest days.
Dear Becky, as we sit down to write this letter, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and emotion. We want to convey just how deeply you have touched our lives during this incredibly challenging time. Your presence in the NICU has been a source of immense comfort and strength for us, and we feel compelled to share how profoundly you have impacted our journey with our precious twins, born at just 26 weeks.

From the moment we first met you on the second day of our NICU journey, your warmth and kindness made an indelible impression. We vividly remember the day when we were introduced to the medical team. In the midst of our anxiety and fear, you greeted us with a radiant smile and an enormous hug, offering solace when we needed it most. Your genuine compassion and reassuring demeanor were a lifeline for us in those early, daunting moments. As anxious and frightened parents, your thorough explanations and clear communication about our babies' medical conditions and treatment plans were invaluable. You took the time to explain every detail with patience and clarity, ensuring that we felt informed and involved in every decision. This not only eased our worries but also allowed us to trust in the care being provided.

Throughout this journey, your positive energy and ever-present smile have been a beacon of hope. You always manage to lift our spirits with your infectious optimism, even on the toughest days. Your ability to remain upbeat and supportive, while providing expert care, has been incredibly reassuring. Your extensive experience in the care and research of premature and newborns shines through in every interaction with you. Your approach to the babies and their parents, your immense knowledge, and your unwavering professionalism are evident in every detail of your care. You are truly an inspiring figure, a model of excellence and admiration for us and everyone around you. Being so far from our own family (15 hours by plane) has made this time feel especially isolating. Yet, your support has made us feel less alone. Your thoughtful gestures, even when you are off duty, and your genuine concern for our well-being have been a source of great comfort. You have become like family to us, offering not only professional expertise but also emotional support that has been critical in helping us cope with the challenges of being with our babies 24/7. You have truly been an angel with wings during this time. Your care and support have been nothing short of miraculous, and your presence has felt like a divine gift.

We feel incredibly fortunate and deeply grateful to have had the chance to meet you and to have our babies in your capable hands. Your dedication and expertise have made a profound difference in our lives, and we will always remember the comfort and strength you provided. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you do. Your unwavering support, infectious positivity, and profound compassion have made a world of difference to us during this journey. We will always cherish the special place you hold in our hearts. With heartfelt thanks and all our love.
