On a very overwhelming day when our unit was understaffed and struggling to keep up, Jen came over from the ICU to assist with difficult IV starts. Despite the chaos and stress on our floor, she brought a calming presence and a genuine willingness to help. She jumped right in to support our team. What stood out most was her clear passion for what she does. She’s incredibly skilled with IVs and brings passion and compassion into every interaction. Her support truly made the difference, not just for our patients, but for the staff as well. In a time when we were drowning, she reminded us that we are all in this together.
