Enidjim was my wife’s nurse in the endoscopy center. She was a bright spot in our experience. Throughout our encounter, she had a calming presence that made us feel comfortable, and also spoke to her skill and experience as a nurse. Her explanations were thorough and knowledgeable, and she had a quiet sense of humor that made us laugh on multiple occasions. She provided great nursing care, efficiently getting my wife settled, painlessly placing her IV, and counseling us for after-visit care in a way that was easy to understand. After the procedure, she was very attentive and accommodating, checking in on my wife and doing whatever she could to make her recovery smooth. My wife, who has her own degree in nursing, commented on our way out that Enidjim was an exceptional nurse. I also work in healthcare as a physician and wholeheartedly agree. Her nursing skill, caring approach, confidence, and sense of humor set her apart. We are thankful that Enidjim took care of us and feel she is highly deserving of the DAISY Award.
