Kay is the best of the best! Kay led our family through a very difficult time with exceptional clinical expertise and extraordinary compassion. Earlier this year, my daughter was referred to Children's of AL for a surgery that could not be conducted in our hometown. From the moment we met Kay, she demonstrated genuine care and compassion for my daughter. Kay also communicated with us clearly and regularly, and she went above and beyond with multiple phone calls and email correspondence. This was so significant since we live two hours away from the hospital. She helped us navigate a scary and uncertain time. In short, Kay supported us, educated us, helped us, and truly cared for us.
