I am writing to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional care my 17-year-old daughter received during her knee surgery. I feel compelled to specifically recognize nurse Scott and the entire medical team who made our experience remarkable.
As parents, we were understandably anxious about our daughter's third knee surgery, particularly given some challenging experiences with IV insertions in the past. However, Scott's outstanding professionalism, coupled with his genuine empathy and warmth, transformed what could have been a stressful situation into one of comfort and trust.

As someone whose family has experience with prestigious medical institutions (including Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic), my daughter's father remarked that he had never witnessed a medical team operate with such impressive coordination and organization.
