Kelly Taylor, or “KT,” is a shining light and angel on the floor. I pour blessing to all the co-workers and patients. Many stories I could share, examples I could give. She continuously makes a difference in the care of her patients every shift.

One recent experience, there was a patient, Kelly, and I had, this lady was depressed, showed defeat, sadness, and worry in her eyes. Kelly stayed in the room for a little while talking with the patient and her husband, showing love, compassion, giving words of encouragement, explaining in easy detail everything involving the patient's care and moving forward. When I stepped out of the room for a few minutes and came back, this patient went from sadness and depression to laughing, smiling, colorful, and motivated! And this is what Kelly does daily, to all her patients! She treats her patients like family. The compassion and love for what she does is unlike any I have witnessed.
