Lynne took care of my brother for two days. He is a challenging patient who lacks patience or understanding at times. He came in with extreme pain that was diagnosed as an infected gallbladder that required surgery to remove it. Lynne was calm, kind, and explained things in a way my brother could understand and relate to. Never did Lynne judge my brother, who, due to mental illness, is unkept and dirty appearing. She did his care with grace and dignity.

Lynne had other patients, and I never felt my brother was a number. She also had time to update me. I have known Lynne for 25 years. The two of us have never worked together but have interacted numerous times through the years. Lynne has always been pleasant to interact with and has a smile on her face!

Lynne, you truly answered your call by becoming a registered nurse. You made my brother feel respected, safe, and well cared for. From the bottom of my heart! Thank you! I know my brother received great care from you! We need more Lynnes in our world.
