Ken is a valuable resource and has many years of critical care knowledge that he is constantly instilling in our future healthcare workers.
Ken does an amazing job here at St. Elizabeth Hospital, and I want to recognize him for his contributions to the compassion, inclusion, integrity, excellence, and collaboration at this facility.
Compassion - During this flu season, Ken was seen giving out Emergen-C packets to the staff members here to keep their immune systems strong during this time.
Inclusion - Ken is a valuable resource and has many years of critical care knowledge that he is constantly instilling in our future healthcare workers. A perfect example is the aerial line education and training Ken put together here for our Nurses!
Integrity - During staff meetings, Ken always has new ideas to keep this facility running smoothly. It's obvious that he sincerely cares about this place and is a model of rectitude.
Excellence - Ken has been seen scrubbing at the walls and the floors here at St. Elizabeth. He is constantly clearing even the most obscure things that others have missed in order to ensure a clear and peaceful environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Collaboration - Ken is the kind of collaborator and is there to help the team whenever it is needed. From holding newborns in the nursery, assisting with vented patients in the ICU, to being hands-on during traumas in the ED. Ken can be seen working jointly with every department at St. Elizabeth.
