I wanted to take a moment to share my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for Alaina and the two nurses she brought from the ER. Recently, my niece had to undergo an MRI and needed an IV. Unfortunately, she has very tough veins that tend to collapse and roll, which can make the process quite challenging and stressful for her.

Given the situation, the IV team was held up, but Alaina and her colleagues stepped in to save the day. They brought along a super cool machine designed to radiate veins, which was incredibly impressive. Their calm demeanor, confidence, and reassuring personalities made a world of difference, keeping my niece calm and less scared throughout the process.

What truly amazed us was that Alaina managed to get the vein on her first attempt! This was a first for my niece and made a huge impact on her experience. I cannot express how much it means to us that something seemingly small and routine made such a significant difference in her MRI experience and will positively influence all her future encounters.
