Emily was our nurse the first full day in ICU. She had an orientee with her, but she was involved with my mom's care that day and came to see her and check on her days after when she had other patients. She was always available to lend a hand. She celebrated my mother's progress with her as she healed and encouraged her each day she was here even when she wasn't her nurse. I appreciate all her kindness and support!
