I will be 91 years old in March. I am a college graduate in Nursing education from Michigan State University. I taught nursing in Evanston, IL, and Lexington, KY. At the beginning of home care hospice, I was asked to coordinate the third hospice facility to open in Wisconsin, which I did for 10 years. Today I am a patient in Ascension Rehab.

AJ introduced himself and said, “I will be your Nurse” as he met my needs through the night. I became deeply impressed by his ability to anticipate my needs, and I felt safe in his care. AJ should be given this award for the caring, kind attention he provided during my stay. I highly recommend him.
