Shana is an extraordinary educator because she is not only a highly knowledgeable and experienced RN, but also has a unique ability to teach in an accessible and understandable way and to provide me with knowledge and tools to help me succeed. I can sense that she really cares about my success as a student nurse. Shana radiates a sense of calm and patience and has a great sense of humor. I highly respect that as an experienced nurse, she models principles of humility and lifelong learning by maintaining curiosity and openness to new knowledge.
