Jacob is always kind and supportive. He constantly goes above and beyond for his patients and his coworkers. He is a great team member and preceptor. He offers help and support to others & constantly offers learning opportunities to his preceptie. Overall, Jacob has shown what an amazing RN he is through his compassionate patient care.
