I had a matter of urgency and Sarah Beth remained in contact with me until I could see the doctor. My experience with first-line MyChart triage nurses in other departments has sometimes required up to a week’s wait until the doctor responds to a message. Sarah Beth stuck with me until I could be worked into the doctor’s schedule. I appreciated her caring attitude, persistence, and professionalism. Exemplary service which should be a model for all at MUSC!
