Laurie Loe has been a dedicated member of the 7S Oncology unit for 38 years. Laurie’s steadfast commitment to our patients and her peers, and her unwavering expertise, have made her an invaluable asset to our team. I believe this is the perfect opportunity to acknowledge her exceptional lifelong work. Laurie has been a cornerstone of 7S Oncology and consistently delivers high-quality care to the patients we are here to serve. Her extensive oncology experience and deep understanding of patient-centered nursing care have been instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our unit.
With over three decades of service, Laurie has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skills that have greatly benefited our team. Not only does she consistently deliver exceptional patient care, but she also continues to mentor countless new nurses, helping to shape the future of our nursing staff and the nursing profession as a whole.
Laurie’s performance continues to be nothing short of exemplary – consistently going above and beyond in her duties. If there isn’t chemotherapy to be administered, you’ll be able to find Laurie stocking linen, organizing nurse servers on the unit, answering the call light, etc. She has been a reliable and compassionate presence for both patients and colleagues, a pillar of support for both new and seasoned caregivers – always willing to lend a hand and offer guidance. Her dedication, professionalism, and integrity have all significantly contributed to the positive outcomes we see in our patients.
Given Laurie’s exceptional contributions and longstanding service to Providence, to her peers, and to the patients she continues to positively impact, honoring her would be just that: an honor. Such recognition would not only honor Laurie’s hard work but also serve as an inspiration to other staff members. Laurie’s dedication and expertise truly deserve to be celebrated, and I believe that recognizing her contributions will have a lasting positive impact throughout the unit and throughout the ministry.
