Lacey is very sweet to my dad. She never looks bored with her job but is always upbeat and personable. Of course, she is competent and smart. You can tell by just conversing with her. She's also patient and careful with my dad. She gave him a shave and spent a long time getting it right. Lacey is a wonderful nurse!
