Gilbert is an incredible nurse; person. He does things quietly and smoothly. He resolved a situation of an abusive patient and got him quickly out of the situation, resolving the situation and reducing the anxiety down to zero. ​ He is always cheerful, strong, yet compassionate. He makes things happen on time, no matter how much confusion or disorder is around him.
