I am one of those patients who continuously has the worst things happen to them, and yet I never have to worry when it comes to my care with Jacy because I know that she is the absolute best.
I have been under Jacy‘s Care for over seven years. She is always aware of what has happened in between my treatments, and she is always thinking ahead of what things I need to have tested or the fact that I am moving and giving me advice as to starting now to look for new providers. I have doctors all across the valley and up north, and she is the only consistent one. She is the only one who follows through on what needs to be taken care of because I am her priority. She has literally, and I mean literally, saved my life three different times. She has never just treated me as a number, and she’s never just treated me as a job. I truly feel indebted to her for the extra effort that she always goes for her patience, but especially for me. I am one of those patients who continuously has the worst things happen to them, and yet I never have to worry when it comes to my care with Jacy because I know that she is the absolute best. I’m choosing the most recent date because this was the one where she told me she had been losing sleep over the thought of me moving to Arizona and not being ahead of the game. I require infusions every 28 days, and she is so afraid that if I don’t start working on things now, I’m going to fall through the cracks and become very, very ill. The whole reason I’m moving is so I can get better quality of care by the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Furthermore, I am filling this form out because every time I get a survey, I write in that survey about the amazing care that Jacy gives me. I am continuously hoping that she will get some form of acknowledgment for the amazing person that she is and how she truly stands by Providence Mission of Care, yet I don’t think once she has been told how amazing I say she is. And then I bring attention to you guys that she is one of the biggest reasons that I stay with Providence.

Jacy at the Providence Medford Infusion Center (Noel Leslie Infusion Center) is a wonderful nurse. She always goes above and beyond. My 80-year-old uncle comes to the infusion center once a month to get his intrathecal catheter pain pump filled. We travel quite a distance to do this. Jacy is aware of this and always takes this into consideration when scheduling appointments or changing appointments. Her quality of care when treating my uncle during his appointment is outstanding. She is fast and efficient while treating him and giving him quality and personal care as well. She is always asking how he is doing and cares about his well-being. A situation where Jacy went above and beyond is a recent appointment where the doctor didn't send over the medication orders for my uncle's upcoming appointment. It was looking like we were going to probably have to reschedule, which meant I would have to take a day off work in order to get him to his appointment. Jacy was persistent and did everything she could to make this appointment happen. Her hard work paid off. The doctor finally sent the medication orders, and she got the approval to fill my uncle's pain pump on his originally scheduled appointment. She made this happen by going above and beyond. My uncle and I would like to thank her for making this appointment happen and for the outstanding care she always gives him. Thank you, Jacy! We appreciate you and all that you do!
