The first time we met Grace was during a difficult ER visit for my daughter. Grace immediately stood out. She was calm, kind, engaging and made us feel like we were not alone.

On our most recent visit, we were met with a familiar face. Grace not only recognized us, but she greeted us with her signature smile and a light-hearted joke.

It felt like seeing an old friend. One who just happens to be your nurse. She is the definition of a true caregiver, someone who leads with empathy and pays attention to emotional cues. She treats people like family, and her compassion, attentiveness, and ability to connect in high-stress situations make her the kind of nurse every patient and parent hopes for. We are beyond grateful for her presence each time. Grace did not just treat a medical issue; she reminded us of what exceptional care truly looks like.
