After five weeks in the hospital, my mom decided on hospice care. Brenda was such an emotional pillar of support and comfort for me and my mom. The entire staff was nice and accommodating, but Brenda took time to talk to my mom to the point that my mom was always looking for her. Brenda took time to also talk to me and explain the process. She offered drinks, snacks, ice, and anything to help with my mom's comfort and the family. This process is not easy for anyone. The decisions we had to make - we were informed by doctors, but Brenda explained as much as she could when I had other questions.
