We had a patient who needed ear wicks placed in her ears. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any of our supply in the emergency room, and the only place that had them was one of our local clinics. Stephanie called around and found out which clinic had the wicks, personally picked them up, and brought them back to the emergency department so we could take care of this patient and avoid an unnecessary transfer. Then she also made sure we ordered more and got them stocked in the correct place. This is a great example of someone who goes above and beyond every day to take care of her community.
