My dad entered the ICU really sick. The first night we got here, David was assigned to my dad. He would treat him with manners and be really kind. My dad was asleep for a couple of days; once he woke up, David would always come in and ask my dad how he was feeling. He had patiently explained to my mom and sisters what the next step was. David would come in, ask my mom and dad if they needed anything. Nights when David wasn't assigned to my dad, he would come and check up on my dad or even come and have a little conversation with my dad. David is a kind, hard-working, patient person.
