Took the time to explain what was going on and what procedure he was doing. Nice manners.
Demonstrated great care and concern for my father while he was in the emergency room. Explained what was going to happen before he started any procedure. He made us feel important and well-informed. A very skilled and kind nurse. I was recently in the Emergency Department for a post-op bleed with blood pressure in a hypertensive crisis category after a hysterectomy. He took phenomenal care of me and my mental well-being. I previously had an internal hemorrhage and was very concerned that the same could happen again. Lee treated me with kindness and respect, eased my mind, and was completely transparent about everything happening. His actions and demeanor helped lower my blood pressure as I felt comfortable and less stressed. He was cool under pressure when the entire hospital lost power, and we had to change my plan of care. The CT machine was down due to being on a generator, and the plan was changed and executed quickly. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable in Lee's care. I would love to see him be recognized. Lee was very respectful, and he has a great attitude. Very professional and a big thank you to Lee. And also a big thank you to the rest of the hospital staff.
