Thank you, Tammy, for all the smiles, laughter, and encouragement!
I didn’t know Tammy until I started Cardiac Rehab. In July of 2024, I had a total hip replacement. After surgery, my right leg was 1” longer, which left me with a limp and pain with every step. In September 2024, I had cataract surgery that left me with dry eyes. Oct 2024, I was in an accident that left me with neck and shoulder pain.

After a few months of sickness, I had a blockage that caused me to need a stent, which led me to Cardiac Rehab. I didn’t want to go, and I told Tammy that I needed to wait until I got a special pair of walking shoes because of my hip. Tammy said in her sweet voice, “Well, we will be here when you get them!”

My husband and I are always together, and he has breathing issues. Tammy suggested that he may benefit from Pulmonary Rehab. Tammy and Ashley, the secretary, set out on a mission, made contracts, and got the insurance approval. Then I got the call, “It was all set up and we are ready to go!” Tammy took into consideration my hip pain and adjusted the machines, which made my hip get better. She took care of me!

My first day of Cardiac Rehab was the last day of physical therapy for my shoulder. The exercise for my heart also helped my shoulder improve. I’m overweight and have lost 10 lbs during my time in Cardiac Rehab. Now that it has come to an end, I feel that my health has improved so much. Thank you, Tammy, for all the smiles, laughter, and encouragement!
