I went through a moment of weakness and anxiety when I was discharged from the hospital, while my baby had to stay in the Nursery for a week. My anxiety ceased only because I knew my baby was safe in your care, and you made sure to give him your full attention, you made me feel at ease, and assured me that you and the team would do your utmost to care for my baby. My heart was completely attached to him. Since I live outside of the city of Jeddah, you became my eyes—watching over him and reassuring me, just like a second mother. Your care, dedication, and warm, cheerful words truly brought peace to my heart. I sincerely pray that every moment of reassurance you gave me will be returned to you as reward, contentment, and happiness.
