This girl was absolutely wonderful. Patient, understanding, and compassionate. She went above and beyond, encouraging me to move, walk, and get my body back. She did it with the greatest level of understanding, as well as being uncompromising when it came to my getting up. Politely with humor. What really set her apart was one instance in particular: the doctor, the physician's assistant, and Tatiana were doing a blood patch. After attempts by both the doctor and the physician's assistant, Tatiana, who was observing because she wanted to learn how a blood patch worked, was administered the procedure. There was a problem finding a productive vein. After both the doctor and the physician's assistant had trouble, Tatiana stepped in to save the day. She, in a very professional manner, explained the problem, took control of the situation, and struck blood; she was amazing. Her professionalism, courage, knowledge, and execution were something I would have expected from a much older, mature person. She is beyond her years!
