By 2010, promoted to ICU Charge Nurse, taking on greater leadership responsibilities and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a demanding environment. From 2013 to 2018, served as the Emergency Room Head Nurse, managing fast-paced, high-stakes clinical situations with calm authority and clinical expertise. Under his leadership, the ER team flourished, earning a reputation for efficiency, compassion, and professionalism. In 2019, they were appointed Nursing Supervisor, a role that expanded their leadership to multiple departments, including: Operating Room (OR), Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), N2N, N2S, and N3N nursing units, Long-Term Care (LTC) Ward, Secretarial Services, Emergency Room (ER), Beish Clinic.
