I came to this hospital like many people - in pain and dealing with the emotional fallout of not knowing how it would end. Every person that I have come into contact with has been professional and courteous. Amanda entered the picture and made me feel like she actually was concerned and looking for any way she could to make me feel comfortable. This young lady made me feel like family and reduced my anxiety to zero. I cannot stand being hospitalized for anything, but knowing she’s here and offering to do anything to help me get through this made the entire experience not only achievable but almost enjoyable. I’m a 53-year-old man who has never taken the time to express my gratitude to anyone. I met this young lady at a time in my life when the future was bleak, and because of her, I’m leaving here full of optimism and a smile. I can’t thank her enough.
