Sam has been awesome throughout the duration of my mom’s care. She advocated for her well-being and took care of and listened to the family. Sam noticed that my dad was trying to hold my mom and snuggle her throughout the evening and morning. Sam called and asked for a bigger bed to be brought in so that they had more room, so that my dad could hold her without worrying about hurting her. My mom is a fighter and an incredibly special woman. Sam treated her like one of her own loved ones, and that’s what makes her stand out. You can’t teach compassion and empathy like what Sam has.
