That moment of personal attention, care, and genuine empathy gave me so much hope.
I was hospitalized with COVID-19, and during one of the most difficult times of my life, the nurses—especially the sister who cared for me—made an incredible difference in my recovery. From the moment I arrived, I was met with compassion, professionalism, and warmth that brought me comfort even when I was struggling to breathe or feeling overwhelmed by fear and uncertainty. What stood out the most was how attentive and caring they were—not just with my medical needs, but with my emotional well-being too. They never made me feel like I was just another patient. They constantly checked in, adjusted my care with precision, and offered encouragement when I felt defeated. Their hospitality and kindness gave me strength.
One specific moment I’ll never forget: my oxygen levels were low, and I was feeling panicked. One of the nurses calmly came in, helped me adjust my position in bed, and stayed with me until I stabilized. She didn’t rush. She held my hand and reassured me, explaining every step. That moment of personal attention, care, and genuine empathy gave me so much hope. These nurses, with their tireless efforts and deep compassion, turned a frightening and lonely time into something bearable and even comforting. I’m forever grateful for their dedication and heart.

My 67-year-old mother was admitted to the hospital because of low blood pressure and dizziness. We were so worried about her condition, but hats off to nurse Leena, the way she takes care and her proactive approach made my mother smile and able to walk again. Normally, the nurse's approach towards my mother was so caring and proactive. Her personality impressed us, and gave us courage on how to deal with that situation.
