I had a two-week-old baby in the NICU. Chelsea always made sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond because she is also a mom. We basically created a bond, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did while my baby was there. Those two weeks in the NICU were the longest days. Well, they still are. We got transferred to pediatrics and are still currently here.

She provided answers to my questions that were left unanswered. She made me feel like I was home. At some point, Chelsea was really concerned about us and my baby when she found out I was transferred instead of being discharged. She was kind of broken and upset. She also helped me remain calm and keep moving forward. Because of her, I am able to stay in pediatrics 24/7 for now with my baby. Thank you!
