I was admitted to the hospital for a kidney infection for the second time this year. I was devastated to return and was in very rough shape. I am so grateful to have been placed under Ms. Grace’s care during my stay. Grace cared for me the way my own mother would have and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Grace took the time to make sure I understood what various medications were for and carefully considered which pain medication to recommend based on my needs and possible side effects. For example, when I needed to take some magnesium, which would make me feel very warm, she found a medication for my pain that would also make me too warm. It was such a simple thing, but Grace’s attention to detail like that gave me great confidence in her and put me completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. I never felt like a burden, and I always felt heard. Grace is an absolute asset to TMH and a godsend to her patients. I attribute my fast recovery to her diligent care, and I will never forget her warmth and kindness.
