I came into the hospital after learning, during a routine ultrasound visit, that we had lost our precious baby. We were still in total shock when we were admitted for labor induction. After being there for some time, Tammy came on as my night shift nurse, and she was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly kind and selfless. Without hesitation or annoyance, Tammy checked on me practically every hour. During my most vulnerable moments, as my body worked to dilate my cervix for the delivery of our angel baby, Tammy made me feel at ease. She went out of her way to ensure that both my husband and I were well taken care of and comfortable throughout the night. Tammy made a miserable experience far more tolerable by being there for me.
