Christy is a top-tier ANM. Christy never hesitates to jump in and help us in any situation. She is always willing to offer advice, a shoulder to cry on, or just be there for us in difficult situations. She goes above and beyond to make sure the nurses on our floor are doing okay with our current assignments and is always supporting us. She is a fearless leader! Christy leads by example. Even if we’re having a bad day, she is always looking on the bright side - lifting us up instead of putting us down. Any time we walk in and see Christy is in charge, we know it’ll be a good day! Some words we would use to describe Christy are hardworking, intelligent, STRONG, empowering, and genuine. We love Christy and want her to get the recognition she deserves!!!

There have been many shifts where Christy has dealt with very challenging patients and families. She deals with it with grace and resilience. She leads by example, and we are all so lucky to have her. She supports her employees, which means a lot, and trusts their judgment. She does our scheduling too for the day shift, which is a huge task in itself. She is the most deserving ANM I have met, and I have been with Norton for almost 5 years. I am so glad to have her as my superior.

Christy is always there for me, especially in situations where I may need help or if something is going wrong, I know Christy will always be there to have my back. Any time with Rapids or with tough patients’ health health-wise or psych-wise, Christy is always there in your corner, and she brings a kind of presence that makes you feel safe, and you know it will be ok!
