I was hospitalized while visiting Wyoming after falling off a horse. I was med-flighted to MCR after not being able to breathe. They found that I had a pneumothorax and had to place a chest tube. All of the nurses were amazing, but Jordan stood out to me.

She was always on top of all my pain meds and made sure I had fresh ice water. Because I had fallen from a horse, I landed in dirt and sticks. Jordan was amazing and gave me a spa treatment for my hair. She washed it, conditioned it, and brushed it out nicely while getting the sticks and dirt out of my hair. She even braided it. She was able to do this while I was lying in bed without getting me or my bed wet. She took the best care of me and treated me like I was family. She is so sweet and made me feel less anxious about being in the hospital. She went above and beyond for me.
