I would like to thank Sam Pacheco in Flex Care.  I was scheduled for port removal surgery, and I was feeling very nervous. Sam explained the process to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. He took great care of me before and after surgery. As I shared my cancer story with Sam, I could see he understood exactly what I felt about this surgery. When Sam rolled my gurney to the operating room, he talked to me all the way. This made me feel very comfortable with him being there. After we got to the operating room, Sam was still checking on me to make sure I was OK. In the recovery room, maybe forty-five minutes after I woke up, Sam stopped by to make sure I was OK. I would like to thank Sam for being very caring and attentive to me while having surgery. Sam is a great nurse and gives great care to all his patients. Thank you, Sam, for all you do.
