I would like to recognize nurse Linda for the exceptional care she provided to my 15-year-old son during his outpatient knee surgery following a sports injury. From the moment we arrived, Linda demonstrated not only professionalism but a deeply genuine sense of compassion that instantly put us at ease. She took the time to speak directly to my son, treating him not just as a patient but as a person. She also genuinely cared about him as a person, and not just his medical care. Her calm demeanor and reassuring presence made a stressful experience very manageable, even comfortable. As parents, there is no greater relief than knowing your child is in the hands of someone who truly cares and seeing that your child feels the same. Linda went above and beyond to create a positive environment for us. It was clear that this was more than just a job to her, it's a calling. We are sincerely grateful for her kindness, attentiveness, and the heartfelt care she gave our family. Our son lit up when Linda walked into his room during recovery, and that meant the world to us!
