Alanna was very patient with my mom. She made sure she always had fresh water and ice and was very caring. She helped with the discharge and medicine mix-up with grace and patience. She is a blessing as a nurse.

My grandmother has come to this hospital twice. Both stays, Alanna has been a huge help. She's made us feel welcome and cared for during very scary times. She's helped with everything quickly and so kindly. She always brightened my grandma's day. In a field where it's easy to get burnt out, Alanna always brought positive energy to our care. She even helped me find my cell phone when I lost it in a recliner, which we all laughed about a lot. She is a one-of-a-kind nurse and is very deserving of this honor.

This young lady was not only fantastic at her job, but she went above and beyond to make my mother and us as a family comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients and their families. She is ahead of the game, and hopefully someday she will teach others.

She stayed on my meds and my meals. She accommodated my meds to the max. She is so sweet and kind and took all my health problems seriously. She is a kindhearted person.
