We had a patient who was upset due to pain and didn't want to listen to anyone. Using her compassion and understanding, Erica helped the patient to trust, allowing us to provide her the best possible care. She followed up with the patient to ensure she was comfortable and made her feel welcome.

One night, I had a critical patient, and we were very busy. I was with the patient for hours, and Erica did not leave my side when I needed help.
