Alexis provided incredible care to my grandmother, who was admitted with what we believed was an altered mental status or possible sepsis due to an underlying issue.

From the very moment we arrived at the hospital, Alexis was comforting, attentive, and compassionate. She not only cared for my grandmother with professionalism but also with genuine kindness that showed how much she truly cares about her patients and her role as a nurse.

This experience was especially meaningful to our family because, at other hospitals, we have not always felt this level of care or compassion. My mother is also in the difficult process of transitioning from my grandmother living independently to now needing daily assistance, an overwhelming change. Alexis recognized this and went above and beyond to support us.

She was helpful throughout her entire shift, ensuring that my grandmother felt comfortable and safe in what can often be a frightening environment. What stood out most was that Alexis even followed up after her shift, and again when she returned on her next shift, to make sure my grandmother was doing okay and that we had everything we needed.
