I had gone in at 40 weeks and 3 days pregnant for my induction as a first-time mom. Loukia immediately made me feel more than comfortable and calmed my nerves. Not only was she kind and caring, but I could really tell she loves what she does. I felt like more than just another patient to her.

She happened to get called in during the later part of my labor, where I was in excruciating pain. As soon as she walked in, she immediately offered me comfort and advocated on my behalf to the other nurses in the room. She took it upon herself to also take pictures during my delivery, and I am so grateful for that.  She even made a point to see me in recovery.

My husband and I both enjoyed seeing her walk into our room during our entire hospital stay. You can tell nursing isn’t just a job for her, and I love that.
