Maureen White is a key leader at Northwell Health, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive. In this role, she oversees nursing policies, strategic planning, and operational standards across the entire system, including the implementation of IFN care at bedside.

Additionally, she is the Director of the Northwell Institute for Nursing, where she is instrumental in advancing nursing education, research, and leadership development, notably through initiatives like the clinical ladder program. Her work also focuses on creating supportive work environments and developing future nurse leaders.

Her extensive career began in direct patient care, including positions as a Nursing Care Coordinator in the ICU and Open Heart units at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She then transitioned into significant administrative roles, such as Administrator of Patient Care Services, Associate Director, and Vice President of Patient Care Services at both Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore University Hospital.
