Nichole is a breath of fresh air.  Since the moment I met her, she has been attentive, patient, always with a smile, always willing to go out of her way in so many ways. Returns calls within an hour or message. Goes out of her way to fix or help me with contact for med refills or filling out papers. Answer questions. Goes the extra mile for everything. Always so nice asking 'How can I help' and acting like it does not inconvenience her. This is very rare in my 30 years of going to OSF. She is the very best. Truly, you see God's love through her. She should be used as an example of how these nurses should be. Thank you for her!
